About me

Hi! Welcome!

Let me introduce myself: my name is Antonia, and I am a communication specialist with extensive experience in strategic and EU communications. I believe efficient communication offers 360° view, relies on a strong digital narrative and is developed through engaged storytelling.

With nearly 14 years of experience, I’ve worked across sectors, building expertise, resilience and creativity. My portfolio includes multi-channel & multi-lingual digital campaigns in international environments with a variety of stakeholders.

My experience includes boutique consultancies, NGOs, UN and start-ups. Since 2013 I have been active in the field of EU communications, focusing mostly on external communication, brand building and reputation management.

The RêveUp Mentorship Program for women in digital comms is a non-profit organization dedicated to preparing, upskilling and transitioning communications students into the workforce. Conducted in English & French and run over a six-month period, the Paris-based program builds connections between industry professionals and students to support their entry and growth in the communications field.

The session looked into guiding businesses through their growth, whether in the number of clients, in the number of company’s employees or in the number of projects, in a more holistic way that alignes with their core values.

Antonia Loncar, a member of our #ZNetwork, is a communication specialist, public affairs strategist, and advocate for #AllThingsDigital.

When asked about emerging trends with the potential to shape the digital landscape in the forthcoming years, Antonia stressed the importance of online community-building tools, such as Mastodon. She firmly believes that catering to specific, niche audiences will be of paramount importance.

Furthermore, Antonia advised organizations to be precise in defining their target audience and honing their message. She cautioned against attempting to appeal to a broad spectrum, emphasizing that clarity in communication regarding where audiences can find you and who you're addressing ultimately leads to more effective engagement.
